"Hi Adam - I just got back from bike week in Daytona. I saw a few nice V7 Sports. One was a orginal red frame model. I took a some great digital photos. I also scored a cool round barrel race motor with duel plug heads with some wild custom valve covers made by a company called BLAKE. They are about a inch taller than the standard valve covers and have more fins and the inside is coated with vulcanized rubber...I guess this was to cut down on the valve noise??

These will look great on my V7 cafe project...."

- The beautiful green V7 bike belongs to Ken Dmoto of Japan.

- The Aluminum tank bike belongs to MG Cycle who took the AHRMA championship a few years back. There are also some other Guzzi racers.

- I have also in closed a few photos of a set of tool boxes and my race engine, check out the wild valve covers. They are a inch taller than the stock ones and the interiors are lined with rubber. They are stamped BLAKE in the casting. Strange. The tool boxes are another odd thing. They are aftermarkets, as you can tell be the recessed lock but they are made of heavy gauge steel. I mean heavy. I bet they weigh a good 4 pounds each. My V7 project is on hold right now. I am trying to finish up a 68 BSA Firebird and then my 62 Triumph is next. By then I should have all the parts for the Sport.
